I’ll give you the secret, but the secret is a process.
You still have to “do” the process.
I changed my introduction at the last minute and, although it was incredibly bold, clever, and worked OK, it wasn’t as strong as what I had rehearsed.
Also, I’m basically diving into the deep world of meditation here although just skimming the surface of it. If I’m going to go for such a “big” topic, I need to laser focus and make it simple–or simpler.
