Can’t Make Decisions? Name the 3 Voices in Your Head
You already have a decision-making system.
You just may not have met the team yet.
In this episode, I explore one of my favorite Repossible frameworks: Mind, Heart, and Gut.
Most of us think we struggle to make decisions because we need more information, more time, or one more pros-and-cons list. But what if the real issue is that we don’t know who is making the decision?
For me, those three inner decision-makers have names:
? Martijn — my Mind, the strategist
?? Henri — my Heart, the romantic
? Geau — my Gut, the adventurer
Together, they help me navigate everything from everyday choices to bigger life decisions: starting a project, publishing a book, saying yes, saying no, or finally doing the thing I keep pretending I’m “still thinking about.”
In this episode, I invite you to get to know your own internal team. What if your Mind, Heart, and Gut had names, personalities, and voices? What if making better decisions started by listening more clearly to the parts of you already trying to help?
Because before you can make a better decision…
You may need to get to know who’s making it.
Your tiny challenge:
Name your three.
What is your Mind called?
What is your Heart called?
What is your Gut called?
Mine are Martijn, Henri, and Geau.
What are yours?
