After a full weekend of people, presentations, travel, competition, conversation, and beautiful chaos, I found myself back in the woods with Pepper.
And I noticed something.
My mind thought I should keep going.
But my body knew better.
Sometimes we don’t need more information, more research, or more time behind a screen.
Sometimes we need a place where the noise settles.
A place where our shoulders drop.
Our breathing slows.
Our mind, heart, and gut finally catch up with each other.
In this episode, I’m asking a simple question:
Where do you go to hear yourself think?
Maybe it’s the woods.
Maybe it’s the beach.
Maybe it’s a chair by the window, a quiet street, a church, a garden, or a walk with no destination.
Whatever it is, I think we need these places more than we admit.
This is a quieter Thursday Thunder.
Less lightning.
More listening.
And maybe that’s exactly what we need.
Listener Question
What do you call your quiet place?
A sanctuary?
A reset spot?
A peaceful playground?
Something better?
Send me your name for it. I’m still looking for mine.
