I gained 1 kilo over the past week. Yeah. that’s not going to work.

Let’s do a tiny bit of easy math.

  • Fasted (well, sort of) for 6 weeks = lost 6 kilos.
  • Ate like a crazy (normal?) person for 1 week = gained 1 kilo.

For those of the American counting numbers, 1 kilo is about 2.2 pounds.

Remember back to Susannah Juteau and What and When to Eat to Break Through to Your Migraine-Free Life? I’m going to follow her numbers, her example, her … dare I say … Frequency and shoot for:

  • 2 days a week (intermittent) fasting
  • 5 days a week eating

Ideally, I’d like Mondays and Thursdays.

I have a goal now. We’ll see how I do.

BTW, I’m up to 79.1 kilos and … not thrilled about it but now I know how efficiently and effectively intermittent fasting works and how fun it is (I know, I’m a total dork) so I know I can get back down where I want to be: under 78 kilos.
