I’m working on my upcoming book, Frequency, and there’s a section called “Every Single Lifetime.”
Yep, I wrote a book called “Every Single Day” about how daily habits can lead to huge change.
But what about weekly habits? Monthly? Annually?
What about stuff that doesn’t happen all the time but once in a lifetime?
That’s what happened today.
But you have to work towards it … often monthly, maybe annually, even weekly. But you have to start somewhere.
